Logistics, installation, dismantling & storage

We deliver all construction materials with our own vehicle fleet. Our assembly and dismantling teams possess international qualifications and years of experience. With the support of freelance labor, with whom we work together on a long-term basis, we have access to local resources worldwide. This enables us to provide cost-effective logistics at all times.

To implement a sustainable strategy, we offer the option of storing your booths with us. Individual components or entire displays are professionally stored in our heated warehouse and are thus available for multiple uses.

Detailed planning

In this phase, organizational project management and constructive project realization go hand in hand. If desired, we use our large selection of durable booth construction elements. These allow a high-quality realization of unique displays. Our tools: exclusive graphic designs, distinctive spatial planning and, if selected, completely custom-made furniture and booths. We are also happy to help you with your show orders and handle, among other things, the booking of suspension points, electricity, water, internet, and telecommunication services as well as booth cleaning and security.

Approval planning

Before we start the process of realization, it is important to obtain the correct permits. If desired, we will gladly assist you in applying for permits with the organizer or their partners in order to guarantee a seamless execution of the project.

Calculation & tender preparation

We create our designs with your budget firmly in mind, taking into account all costs incurred. Since booths can be either purchased or rented from us, we communicate closely with you during this phase and tailor our options to meet your needs.

Concept & planning

The results of our basic evaluation form the core of our concept. Taking your CI guidelines into account, we will, if desired, create a design & draft plan for your successful and individual brand and product presentation. Modern 3D and CAD programs support us in visualizing photorealistic and detailed models of your brand performance.
